Job Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Job Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure new property listings for sale and rent.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct property viewings and present purchase or rental options.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ activities.
Represent KING INCORPORATION with professionalism and integrity.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or a related sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of the Lagos property market is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
