Summary:
The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling client inquiries, directing visitors, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Provide basic information about the company’s services to walk-in clients.
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (real estate industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
